As all downloads are digital and there are no physical goods, they cannot be “returned”, with a few exceptions, as follows:
- If the download link or the file itself is corrupted and the support team isn’t able to fix the files.
- If the file is different from the item description or preview.
- Missing files and the support team isn’t able to retrieve them for you.
No refunds are provided for:
- Purchasing the item by mistake.
- You changed your mind.
- You do not have the correct software, or expertise to use the file.
- Not providing enough information as to why you want a refund.
For a smoother process, in case of a refund request, please let us know what is the issue, or a clear explanation why you are not happy with the product. If the support team cannot solve the issue within 7 days of receiving the download, you are entitled to a refund.
A refund shall only be provided after a maximum of 30 days from the date of purchase.
The refund will be automatically sent to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.) This usually takes between 5-10 business days since your refund request has been approved.
